1) The personnel was very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit late, so they advised us to make our order immediately since the restaurant was about to close, and then we took our bags up to the room. When we came down to the restaurant, our food was served fresh and warm.
2) The room was HUGE for a family room and for the price we had paid! They explained how the heating worked, and it worked (which is often not the case in many hotels). I loved the fact that they had two sofa beds for our two kids and not one small one for them to share, which is often the case.
3) I did not eat breakfast but my husband and children did and really enjoyed it.
